How do I place an order?

What is the standard delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 2–3 working days within Lahore and 3–5 working days for locations outside Lahore. Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch
Do you offer Express Deliveries on Sundays?
Express delivery is typically not available on Sundays. We do not operate or offer delivery services on Sundays
Is advance payment necessary?
Yes, for orders totaling 5000 or more, we require advance payment. This policy helps us ensure the efficient processing and fulfillment of large orders. You will be provided with the necessary payment details and instructions when placing such an order.
Order Cancellation Policy?
Diva Glow & Co. reserves the right to cancel your order without prior notification in the event of any technical issue. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in pricing, availability, or system malfunctions.
Do I need to sign in to place an order?
You can create an account or order from Guest Checkout. We would however encourage you to create an account so that you can avail all the offers we have exclusively for our online audience.
What payment options are available?
You can transfer money to us through Direct Deposit, we also have Credit Card, Debit Card available. And we also offer Cash on Delivery services (COD).

What is your Exchange policy?
After the order has been delivered, the customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the product provided that it has not been used and the packaging has not been opened/damaged. He/She has to pay the shipping charges as well.
What is your Return policy?
The product must be in its original, sealed condition, and it should not have been used. Instead of providing a monetary refund, the policy offers a voucher. This voucher will be equivalent in value to the purchase price of the returned product. The voucher can be used for a future purchase, allowing you to deduct the voucher's value from the total cost of your next shopping transaction.
