1. Advance Payment on COD Orders:
To streamline the order processing and ensure secure delivery, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require an advance payment. Customers placing a COD order will receive the payment instructions accordingly. As an added benefit, a 3% discount is offered on these orders.

2. Order Cancellation Disclaimer:
Allure Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in the event of technical errors—such as incorrect pricing, stock discrepancies, or system-related issues.

3. Payment Options:
Customers can make payments via Direct Bank Deposit, Credit Card, Debit Card, and JazzCash, offering flexibility and convenience at checkout.

4. Exchange Policy:
Products may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for covering any applicable shipping costs for the exchange.

5. Refund & Voucher Policy:
Refunds are not issued in the form of cash. Instead, customers will receive a voucher equal to the value of the returned product. This voucher can be applied to any future purchase and will be deducted from the total bill at checkout. Returned items must remain sealed and unused.
